Between roughly November and April, two things change. First, demand spikes after every big blow — storm and cyclone clean-ups soak up local bin supply fast, so book early rather than joining the post-storm queue. Second, an open skip sitting through a tropical downpour gets heavier; waterlogged general waste can tip a borderline load over the weight limit. If rain is forecast, load and book the pickup promptly rather than letting the bin sit full for days.
