These Terms of Service govern your use of localskipbinhire.com and any bookings made through our site. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

About Us Local Skip Bin Hire is an online booking and comparison marketplace operated by Always You Pty Ltd (ACN 643 501 991, ABN 31 643 501 991), registered in Australia. We connect customers with independent local skip bin suppliers. We are not the supplier of the skip bin hire service itself.

Bookings All bookings are subject to supplier availability in your area. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if no suitable supplier is available, and will notify you promptly. A full refund will be provided in such cases.

Your Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring the skip bin is used lawfully and only for the waste types accepted at the time of booking. Prohibited items (including but not limited to asbestos, liquids, food waste, gas bottles, and certain heavy materials) must not be placed in the bin. Overloading the bin beyond the agreed weight allowance is not permitted. Additional charges from the supplier for prohibited items, contamination, or overloading are your responsibility and are not grounds for a refund of the original booking fee.

Pricing All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price quoted at checkout.

Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill and within a reasonable time.

Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. As a marketplace, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent local suppliers, though we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
